About the ToT
The ILO Start and Improve Your Business (SIYB) is one of the world's largest business management training programmes, designed to train entrepreneurs and create employment. This ToT equips participants to become certified SIYB trainers — capable of designing, delivering, and facilitating SIYB workshops independently across communities and institutions.
Over 10 structured days, participants engage in deep methodology training, practical facilitation exercises, peer coaching, and assessed microtraining sessions — all grounded in ILO standards and adult learning principles.
